Returns Policy

At Tiny Atelier, we hope you and your little explorer love every purchase. However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in their original packaging.
• Be free from stains, damage, or signs of wear.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.tinyatelier@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product received

Once reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund process. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products returned after the return window has expired
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Products without original tags
• Items purchased during special sale or clearance events (unless received damaged or incorrect)
